Modular Village Set for Unreal Engine is a set of unique modular assets that snap together to create simple village style buildings for Unreal 4.27+.

In addition, Included are a selection of blueprint prefabs to get you quickly assembling buildings for your scenes as well as most prefabs having the ability to change textures quickly via the prefab

In Modular Village Vol 1 For unreal engine nearly all assets are powered by 4K textures ensuring great quality and most are powered by Trimsheets or tilling sheets to allow you to easily customize your scenes with your own textures.
