When I transfer the file like the description

Complete project

Drop complete project folder into (default): C:\Users\USER\Documents\Unreal Projects

I only get completely empty files without project the only thing I get is...asset

I have tried downloading some another Projects and there is a complete project and map and everything I do not know if there is something wrong Please re-upload project

Because it's not complete project, it's asset pack, look carefully. Projects always have file .uproject in the folder. You need to put this folder in the content folder of your project.
